For the photo addicts of you out there I also offer a complete range of personalised photographic stationery for your wedding or special event. This includes but is not limited to; save the date cards, invitations, RSVP cards, info cards, orders of service, menus, table names / numbers, table plans, place cards and thank you cards. Photographs for your stationery can be supplied by you, from your engagement shoot or in the case of thank you cards – pictures from your special day. How do I find out more?

If you would like to see some samples and example designs I’m more than happy to supply them to you free of charge. As stationery designs are individually unique to each order its necessary to have a chat about your  ideas needs and requirements. Face to face consultations are entirely free if you live within a 50 mile radius of Heswall, Wirral. They can either be conducted in the comfort of  your own home or at Circa HQ. For those who live outside of this area a nominal fee will be applied to cover expenses. Alternatively we can always discuss your requirements over the phone or internet – whichever you prefer!

Apart from the design what other options are available for my stationery?

Options for your stationery include your choice of text, finishes, layouts, colours and embellishments. A variety of shapes and sizes are also available. You could opt for a traditional single card or be a little bit more unique with a tri fold folio – the choice is yours! All stationery products are press printed on high quality specification card.

Is there a minimum order number?

There is a minimum order of 30 for most stationery products. Tri-folds have to be ordered in batches of 50.

How much does photographic stationery cost?

A price guide for your stationary is available upon request. But as this is a truly customised service the prices stated in the guide are only to give you an idea of how much your stationery could cost. Quotations are produced following your consultation. DON’T FORGET – Please bear in mind that discounts are given to stationery packages when ordered in conjunction with wedding photography packages.

What’s included in the cost?

Circa photography stationery offers great value for money – not only do you get your free consultation you also receive a bespoke design service with a proofing facility before being sent to print. Invites also include envelopes which can be printed with guests names and addresses at no extra cost.

How does postage and packing work?

You’re always welcome to collect your order from me at Circa HQ in Heswall with no extra cost to you. However if you prefer, your order can be posted to you for an additional cost directly via royal mail special delivery. The final option is to let me do all the hard work for you by choosing our direct delivery service. Just provide us with the names and addresses and we will post your stationery directly to you recipients! This is the perfect solution if you want a hassle free speedy delivery!

I want to commission a design – what do I do next?

Firstly get in touch! – I will forward you a price guide and to have a chat with you about your ideas. Once you have discussed your needs and requirements I will send you an itemised quotation. When you are happy to proceed with an order I can set to work and create your range of personalised photographic stationery. If you are using your own images you can forward these to me in high resolution on a disc or usb drive, which will be returned to you after use. Once a design has been generated you will be sent a photographic proof via e-mail. You will have an opportunity to see examples of styles and finishes on the samples you receive. Only when you are completely happy with your design it will be sent to print.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

A deposit of 40% of the total cost is required to commission your design. The final 60% is required before any stationery goes to print. For urgent orders payments are kindly expected in full.
